Spent over 4 months working closely with Nikola and the team at HyPower. Lost 16 kgs and completely transformed me inside and out for the long term as well as the short. I would highly recommend them to anyone, if they are looking to make meaningful and lasting positive changes to their lives!!!!

Nikola and Angela are two of the nicest most supportive and understanding people I know.
Nik has not only helped me build confidence in the gym and improve my form, he has also helped me rebuild my relationship with food, fostering an environment for growth and sustainability.
Nik also understands the importance balancing health and fitness alongside my other responsibilities such as work and study, recognising that not everyone can spend every day in the gym or hitting 10k+ steps.
Nik doesn’t just hand out instructions and leave you to figure it out, he takes his time in understanding your needs and making changes as required, considering the person as a whole, and what can be achieved.
Even with this flexibility I am still progressing towards my goals and becoming stronger every day.
I know that if I need any help or changes made, I can always bring it up with him and he will adjust the plan accordingly.

I’ve always wanted to lose weight in my life I just didn’t know how. So I took the leap and signed up with Hypower Physiques. In the matter of just months I could start seeing true results, I was being pushed to my limits, tested, hard discipline. Nikola truly trains you not physically but mentally, truly life changing. I was very iffy and picky with choosing a PT assuming all were fake and don’t work but Nikola’s proved to me there’s so much more to it.
